Statement of Commitment

The Holiday Inn Express Kingston Central (referred to as the Employer) is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence.  We are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements under the AODA.

The Employer shall provide guests with the opportunity to provide feedback on the service provided to guests with disabilities. Comments on our service regarding how well those expectations are being met are welcome.  Feedback forms can be found here, or you may ask a member of our Front Desk team if you require an alternate format.  Disabled guests are able to provide feedback verbally (in person or by telephone) or in writing (feedback form, letter or email) to the following contact:
